Support for families does not end once housing is located.  Depending on the needs of a family, case management can continue up to a year after a family is housed.

Alpha House program staff continue to work with families to increase income, locate substance abuse and mental health support, maintain or gain resources for the needs of their children.  This ongoing support helps ensure success and stability.
